What’s On Our Shop Floor

Detail Mold & Manufacturing runs injection molding, CNC milling, EDM, lathe turning, grinding, and laser welding and engraving, with a controlled quality lab supporting inspection and measurement across all programs. Every process that goes into a mold build, a production run, or a precision machined component happens in-house on dedicated equipment.

INJECTION MOLDING

20 to 400 tons. ISO 14644-1 Class 8 cleanroom. 4-axis robots, in-house EOAT, ultrasonic welding, 2nd shot rotary platen, closed loop chillers, oil heaters to 500F, high PSI water to 360F across 4 zones and 32 circuits per press, heater bands to 842F on all machines

The quality lab at Detail Mold & Manufacturing is environmentally controlled for temperature, humidity, and vibration, with ongoing monitoring rather than audit-only documentation. Every production run is supported by inspection capability that can measure, verify, and document output to the standard that ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 certification requires.
